MONDAY is International Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Awareness Day and Salisbury’s Foggy's group is inviting anyone who suffers from so-called ‘invisible illnesses’ to come along to its monthly meetings.
The group was set up in June 2010 and meets monthly at the United Reformed Church in Salisbury.
Partners and carers are welcome to come along as well as people dealing with a range of conditions including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, myalgic encephalopathy and post-viral fatigue syndrome.
There is disabled access and refreshments, and a donation of £2 is asked towards the hall hire.
More information is available from Barbara White at barbara.white@butyoudontlooksick.co.uk or Deb Cooke at deb.cooke@butyoudontlooksick.co.uk.
Foggy’s has a helpline running Monday to Friday, noon to 4pm, on 0844 8872377.
