A NATURE Art Auction is to take place next month with the aim of raising funds to help nature and conservation.
Ringwood Actions for Climate Emergency (RACE) provides opportunities for people to reduce waste, learn new skills and to combat climate change. Since 2020, the charity has encouraged the planting of more than 50,000 trees and saved more than 50 tonnes of food waste since May 2021.
Now the charity is to host a nature art auction to raise funds for existing and new projects in the area.

RACE Trustee, Angela Winson, said “We are delighted and excited to have the opportunity to showcase local artists and craftspeople with wonderful examples that show a love of nature.
“Our Charity Art Auction aims to be a celebration of local talent and of the natural world around us.”
RACE would like to continue to improve habitats in and around Ringwood including the new field at Crow Hill to create more diverse habitat enabling people to connect with nature.
